Just recently, I contracted Zel to sell my parent’s home. There was limited time to sell, as they had already bought another property. Although there was an extreme time constraint, I was confident that Zel would sell their home in a timely fashion. Not only did he sell their property in record time, he also prepared pamphlets for prospective buyers; assisted with staging the property; advertised on his website; sent out flyers throughout the neighbourhood and even helped rectify some electrical issues.
